Legal stuff

1. To enter the prize draw entrants must be UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees or agents of any Virgin Media group company, their families or anyone connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.
2. Entry constitutes your acceptance of these rules. Only one entry per person and per household.
3. No purchase necessary.
4. Closing date for the free prize draw is [1st June]. The draw is governed by English law and by entering you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
5. By entering the Competitions, all entrants are deemed to accept these Terms and all other terms and conditions. The Promoter may, at its sole discretion, change the dates of entry into the Competitions and/or the dates on which the Competitions will be promoted and the Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or withdraw these Terms and all other terms and Conditions and/or the Competitions without prior notice.
6. The prize is a hand-made leather fedora hat, like the one worn by Samuel L Jackson in the Virgin Media Video on Demand TV ad campaign. The 5 winners will be drawn at random after 1st June.
7. Winners will be notified by email to their account within 5 days of the draw. Return of prize notification as undeliverable or failure to respond to Virgin Media as directed within 2 days of receipt of the email will result in disqualification and Virgin Media reserves the right to re-allocate the relevant prize.
8. Virgin Media accepts no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, alteration of or unauthorised access to entries, or entries lost, incomplete or delayed whether or not arising during operation or transmission as a result of server failures, virus, bugs or other causes outside its control. All lost, damaged or incomplete entries will be deemed invalid. Proof of entry shall not be proof of delivery or receipt. Only entries received in accordance with these Terms and all other terms and conditions will be acceptable.
9. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual's prior consent.
10. The judge's decision is final and binding and no correspondence shall be entered into.
11. Prizes are non-transferable. No cash alternative. Virgin Media reserves the right to substitute any prizes of equal or greater value in the event that any of the prizes are unavailable for any reason whatsoever.
12. A list of winners will be available by sending an SAE to the promoter: Virgin Media Limited, 160 Great Portland St, London, W1W 5QA.
