Searched by survey url, Men's Health and iPhone but found nothing so here goes;

I was sent this survey link in an email from Men's Health

It's open to Men's Health online subscribers so you might need to register first at http://www.menshealth.co.uk/?module=roles&func=register&phase=registerform

EDIT: You get screened out if you indicate that you are female. Darn.......

Maybe; some email comps do that. It could still be that someone'll come on tomorrow and find it on the site itself - they must want a large sample of respondents, surely?

Either that or it really has already closed.
