  • Hi There

I’m currently dealing with Payplan too, and they’ve passed me on to the long-term agreement department. The first few weeks of dealing with them can be stressful because you may have to contact your creditors, which is not a nice experience at the best of times. But once everything has settled down, it’s fine.

They’re really nice people, and are willing to explain every detail to you. Very helpful.

Just stick with them, you need to put a lot of faith in them!

Thanks for your reply nice to hear from someone who knows about payplan will continue to contact creditors untill everything has settled down thanks again
  • Like I said, it just takes time.

I had a letter from them today saying that everything was ok.

Just ask them about when to cancel DD's and SO's. It can get a bit messy with creditors passing your account onto other debt collection agencies, so make sure you keep on top of it all!

Don't be afraid to message me if you want!

    Debt-free and Proud!
I've been dealing with payplan since April 2004..
sorted my head out.. just keep sending them everything listen to their advice.. and go for it .. i know when i knew someone was helping me sort my stuff out it really lifted a weight from my shoulders they really do what they say they do ..I've managed to pay off 3500 since april last year and thats from someone who only went back to full time work in december last year (student previously) keep em updated and it's all fine .

let your creditors know that you are dealing with payplan and give them your payplan reference and the seem to go quite on and off.. don't let them bully you.

you can use https://www.justabank.co.uk if you are with Payplan, which allows you to view all your payment history, with totals for the amount paid so far and a projected time for when you will be debt free!!

Great idea for people who are on the internet all the time like me!! lol

Hi there mattp, without wishing to hijack this thread in any way, could I just ask if the CCCS has a similar online service? I tried their website but without any luck.

    Thanks a lot.

not that I'm aware of there are no details on their site about it either?

I think Payplan are the only ones that do it at the moment?
