Just a thought on Delias philosphy at the moment. I must admit when I first saw her show I thought what a load of .... but there are a lot of people out there who haven't got a clue what to cook and don't know where to start, Hopefully if they try some of what she is doing, at least that is a start. I agree, I don't like tinned meats, but hopefully if some have a go, they will get the satisfaction from at least making something, and maybe go on to do something else. Its as though she is giving very timid non cooks permission to a least try.
On the frozen mash subject, I make my own and freeze it and its fine. (I certainly wouldn't buy it) Only started doing this a few months ago.0 -
