4. There will be one prize winner and the prize includes: Two economy tickets with bmibaby.com from Glasgow to Ireland West Knock Airport. The winner is responsible for paying all applicable mandatory taxes and air passenger duty, passenger service charges, insurance surcharges and applicable credit card handling fee at the time of booking. Fare rules apply. The costs of transfers, travel insurance, meals (other than those specified), spending money and all and any other incidental travel expenses are not included in the prize. Flights are subject to availability and bmibaby reserves the right to change its flight schedules without prior notice. First correct entry drawn at random will be the winner. Booking must be made before 1 July 2008 and travel must be completed before September 2008.
5. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Only one entry per household can be accepted. The winner will be responsible for supplying valid passports and visa. It is strongly recommended that travellers take out adequate travel insurance. bmibaby reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of this prize promotion and without notice in the unlikely event of major catastrophe, war, earthquake, or any actual, anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other similar event. Winners are liable for any tax liability accruing as a result of this promotion.
7. Closing date for entries 12 noon on 1 April 2008. The judges cannot accept responsibility for late or lost entries. Proof of sending email is not proof of receipt of entry. Entry cannot be accepted if all details are not provided.
8. The prize winner will be drawn at random from those entrants whose correct entries have reached BAA Limited by the closing date.
9. The winner will be notified in writing within 28 days of the closing date.
10. Any breach of these terms and conditions by an entrant will void their entry. Misrepresentative or fraudulent entries will invalidate an entry.
11. BAA Limited reserve the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the competition (including altering prizes) if, in BAA Limited's sole discretion, a competition is not capable of being conducted as specified.
