Sky Talk Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. This Promotion is open to all UK, Isle of Man and Channel Island residents, aged 18 years or over. Proof of age may be required. Employees (or family members of employees) of any British Sky Broadcasting Group company, companies associated with the Promotion and all affiliates of such companies (collectively “the Companies”) may not enter any prize draw or competition.
2. The Sky Talk Prize Draw consists of the following prizes, including:
   • A family trip to LA for 4
   • Fly with Barcelona Team for 2
   • 10 x Sony Bravia 32” TVs
   • 10 x Pairs of Premiership tickets
   • 1,000 SBO Movies
3. To take part in the Sky Talk Prize Draw you must purchase Sky Talk Freetime or Unlimited by phone, online or via Sky Active before the closing date. Existing Sky Talk customers and customers in Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands do not need to purchase Sky Talk to enter and can do so by writing to Sky Talk comp, skymag, News Magazines Ltd, 2 Chelsea Manor Gardens, London SW3 5PN or visiting sky.com/perks/talk.
4. There is only one entry per household.
5. The promotion will run from 17th March 2008. Closing date for entries is 30th May 2008.
6. Winners will be selected at random by an independent person from all correct and eligible entries received at the end of the promotion
7. The winners will be notified by phone or email around 13th June 2008 (14 days after the closing date).

Terms and Conditions

Winners may only receive 1-2 weeks notice of the premiere date and it cannot be guaranteed that the football tickets, soccer camp and film premiere can all be coordinated for the same date in which case alternative activities will be arranged with the agreement of the winner. There is no cash alternative. Winners are responsible for their own passports, visas (if required) and travel insurance. Travel is not permitted over Christmas, New Year, Easter and Bank Holidays. All other dates are subject to availability. For the car hire, the driver must be 25 years or over and be in possession of a full and valid driving licence. The winner will be required to provide the car hire company with their licence and an imprint of a credit card upon collection of the car.

Fly with Barcelona Team

• Return economy flights for 2 from London (Travel is not permitted over Christmas, New Year, Easter & Bank Holidays. Any other exclusion dates specified if applicable.)
• Transfers to & from Barcelona airport
• 3 nights 4-star accommodation in a double / twin room (normally 2 nights Barcelona & 1 night in the city where the match is being played) with breakfast
• Return flight to match on match player's plane and category 1 match tickets.
• Transfers to & from the match
• Travel insurance not included

Premiership Tickets

SBO Movies

• One Sky Box Office movie per winner costing £3.95
• SBO movie must be booked using your remote control and once your order is received, your account will be credited with the appropriate sum
• Movie must be ordered between 16th June 2008 and 16th December 2008

1. There is no cash alternative to the prizes (or any part of them) and unless agreed otherwise in writing the prizes are non-refundable and non transferable.
2. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes (or any part of them) for a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.
3. Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence or in respect of fraud and so far as is permitted by law, the Promoter and its associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the prize details beyond the Promoter’s control and for any act or default of any third party supplier.
4. The terms and conditions of any third party supplier will apply to the prize where applicable.
5. The Promoter will not be liable for prizes that do not reach the winners for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
6. If any winner is not able, for whatever reason, to accept a prize, or cannot be contacted within 14 days then the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another participant.
7. The Promoter’s decision is final and legally binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these entry rules and conditions will be disqualified.
8. Details of the prize winner’s name and county will be available for one month after the Close of the Promotion by writing to the Promoter at the address set out below and stating the name and date of the Promotion.
9. The name, county, photographs and audio footage of the winner may be used by the Promoter and its associated companies for post-event publicity purposes.
