Terms and Conditions

1. Entrants to this competition are bound by the entry instructions and these terms and conditions.
2. 
   a) Winner’s Prizes
   There will be three main prizewinners. The prize is 7 nights in the Caribbean for two people. Included within the prize are flights, hotel accommodation and transfers. All passengers must be aged 18 and over. The cost of incidentals, such as food, drinks and spending money is not included. It is the responsibility of the prizewinners to ensure that they have a valid passport and other travel documents. All prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of the airline and hotel. The maximum value of each prize will be £2,000.
   
   b) Runner-Up Prizes
   There will be hundreds of runner-up prizes e.g. Caribbean Twist lip balms. [ ]
   
   
3. The prizes are subject to availability. The promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to substitute similar prizes of equivalent or greater value. The prizes cannot be exchanged or transferred and no cash alternatives will be offered. One prize per person only.
4. This competition is open to UK residents, aged 18 and over only.
5. The following persons are not eligible to enter the competition: (i) employees of any business involved or associated with the prize draw (including Halewood International Ltd, Brazen PR and their associated companies) and (ii) any such persons family or household members. Halewood International reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.
6. To enter the competition entrants must complete an application form found on promotional bottles of Caribbean Twist or via the website www.carribeantwist.co.uk.
7. One entry per person only.
8. Entrants must complete all of their details including name, address and date of birth on the application form. Entrants must also clearly state their answer to the competition.
9. No responsibility can be accepted for entries incompletely or incorrectly completed or not received for whatever reason.
10. An independent judge will choose the three winning entries. In deciding the winning entries the judge will take into consideration the name, originality, creativity and taste of the drink. The judge’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
11. Closing date for all entries is Friday 29th August 2008. The winner will be notified by email or post within 21 days of the closing date.
12. The prize must be taken by 30 June 2009. The date chosen is subject to availability and must avoid Bank Holiday weekends and Special Event days e.g. Christmas, New Year, Easter and Valentines Day etc.
13. Halewood International may withdraw this competition where necessary if circumstances arise that are beyond its control.
14. No entries shall be returned.
15. In consideration of Halewood International agreeing to consider entrants to this competition, each entrant hereby assigns to Halewood International the complete copyright and all other rights in any entry, which shall be for the full period of copyright. Halewood International shall be free to assign such rights to third parties.
16. Winners may be required to take part in any publicity resulting from this promotion.
17. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used in accordance with current UK Data Protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrants prior written consent.
18. Details of the winning entries, the winner’s names and counties are available upon request. Please apply in writing, including a stamped addressed envelope to the address stated below.
19. The promoter is Halewood International Limited of the Sovereign Distillery, Wilson Road, Huyton Business Park, Liverpool L36 6AD.

The laws of England will govern these terms and conditions.
