Someone went undercover as a cleaner. Briefly..due to lack of cleaning materials and impossible workload of staff, they use the same sponge (without rinsing) to clean your cup and toilet, they're covering up bloodstains, cleaning sinks with toilet brush, pretend to hoover by putting the hoover out for the supervisor to see, mice running through your food in the kitchen, any bad comment card left they were instructed to tear up and they're encouraged to fake good comment cards. All by the knowledge of management. And some people pay £3000/night for all these "luxuries"
