These terms and conditions are the Competition Rules ("Rules"). By entering the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules.
The Competition is organised by Freedom Sportsline LTD, a corporation organised and existing under the laws of the United Kingdom, having its principal place of business at Lovell house, 271-273 High Street, Uxbridge, Middlesex UB8 1LQ (Hereinafter referred to as “Foot Locker”.)
Foot Locker reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition or these Rules at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted within these Rules.
In the event of any dispute regarding the Rules, conduct, results and all other matters relating to the Competition, the decision of Foot Locker shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

Qualifying Entrants
To qualify to enter the Competition you must be resident in the European Union excluding Italy. English law will apply to the interpretation of these rules and regulations as well as any dispute in relation to the game.
Employees of Adidas or Foot Locker or any company involved in the Competition or any advertising agency or web company connected with Adidas or Foot Locker or any such person’s subsidiary or associated companies, agents or members of their families or households, are not eligible to enter the Competition. Foot Locker reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.
By entering the Competition, you hereby expressly agree to be bound by these Rules and furthermore you warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete.
Foot Locker assumes that by using the site and entering the Competition (and you warrant that) either you have legal capacity to enter the Competition and agree to the Rules (i.e. that you are of sufficient age and mental capacity and are entitled to be legally bound in contract) or your parents have consented to your entry of the Competition and use of these Rules.
Foot Locker reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions.
In the event that any entrant is disqualified from the Competition, Foot Locker in its sole discretion may decide whether a replacement contestant should be selected. In this event, any further entrant will be selected on the same criteria as the original entrant and will be subject to these Rules.

Competition Entries
Competition entries must be made in the manner and by the closing date specified in Article 29. Failure to do so will disqualify the entry.
There is no purchase requirement to enter the Competition.

Prizes
Prize winners will be chosen at random unless specified otherwise in the Article 29, from all qualifying entries. The grand prize includes: 3 trips for two to New York including 3 nights accommodation (€4000 value) and $500 US spending money. 2 return tickets to New York per prize winner from within the European Union, a double or twin room for 3 nights on a room only basis and return Economy flights. All components of the prize must be taken on the same trip and are subject to availability. Seconday prizes consist of 20 copies of Cope2's book 'Cope2 : True Legend' with a value not exceeding €40. The closing date for entries and redemption date for the prize winners is specified in article 29.
Claims for prizes must be made in the manner and within the time specified in Article 29. Failure to claim a prize within this time or in the manner specified may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Foot Locker reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.
Prizes are awarded at Foot Locker’ discretion and no prizes will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any entrant.
You must be 18 years of age or older to qualify as a grand prize winner.
All taxes, insurances, transfers, spending money (excluding that which is part of the prize) and other expenses (including meals or personal expenses, upgrades etc.) as the case may be, unless specifically stated, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.

Liability
Except in the event of negligence, fault or deliberate acts or omissions on the part of Foot Locker or its employees and directors, Foot Locker does not accept responsibility in case of loss or damage or injury to the winner and companion or their property and/or baggage caused or suffered in connection with the competition, the prize, or the travel and lodging.

Data Protection and Publicity
By entering the Competition, entrants consent to Foot Locker and their respective agents, associated companies, and subsidiaries storing and processing entrants’ personal data for the purpose of: carrying out the promotion for this Competition; analysing effectiveness and response to the Competition; and for market and quality control analysis.
Winners may be requested to take part in promotional activity and Foot Locker reserves the right to use the names and addresses of winners, their photographs and audio and/or visual recordings of them in any publicity.
The collected information will only be used for the Competition by Foot Locker and never be sold or traded to companies or individuals without your consent. Only Foot Locker may contact those entrants who have indicated their interest in receiving Foot Locker promotional offers and materials. Each participant represents that their own input is original and will not violate the rights of third parties or contain obscene, defamatory or libellous information or material. False or deceptive entries or acts will render all of that entrant’s entries ineligible.
The collected information will only be used for the Competition by Foot Locker and never be sold or traded to companies or individuals without your consent. Only Foot Locker may contact those entrants who have indicated their interest in receiving Foot Locker promotional offers and materials. False or deceptive entries or acts will render all of that entrant’s entries ineligible.
All entrants give hereby, by means of participating in the Competition their free, express and unambiguous consent to the processing and use of this data.
Entrants have the right to consult and request rectification and/or cancellation of their personal data as held by Foot Locker. Requests must be made to Foot Locker at the address at the end of these Terms and Conditions.
The names, and general location, of the winners can be published by Foot Locker on their website will be sent to anyone who writes to Foot Locker at the address set out at the end of these rules requesting such information. The request must be received within two months of the closing date of the Competition and must enclose a stamped self-addressed envelope. By entering the Competition, entrants agree to such disclosure of their name.
Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current English data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual’s prior consent.

Jurisdiction
The Competition and the terms and conditions of this agreement will be governed by English law.
Visit the site, https://www.footlocker.eu/adidascope2 to enter the competition. View all four product collection pages and answer a question about Cope2 successfully to be able to enter your details in the prize draw. Each participant is automatically entered into a draw which will take place at 12pm (GMT) on 28th April 2008. From which 3 winners (plus 3 friends) will be awarded a grand prize as specified in article 13. Prize winners will be required to travel on the 8th of May 2008 and return on the 11th of May 2008. 20 winners will be awarded a copy of Cope2's book as specified in article 13. Closing dates for entry is the 28th of April.

Cool comp but bit worried I will probably get arrested as grafitti is still illegal in America (could be staying in a "hotel facility" in America for a lot longer than 3 days LOL)

Wont accept England or United Kingdom as Country of residence :mad:

I just put UK and it accepted but I had problems with the date of birth until I realised it wants you to put month, then day and then year aaarrrggghhh

Despite the T&Cs saying 18 & above, it wouldn't accept my DOB as 1960, so I accidently put in 1980 and it went through OK.
