BBC 6 Music has 65 pairs of tickets to give away to see Radiohead's exclusive matinee performance at the BBC's Radio Theatre in London on Tuesday 1st April.
If you would like to enter the draw to attend this one off gig, please submit your details using the form on this page.
RADIOHEAD AT THE BBC will also provide unprecedented access to one of Britain's most innovative bands with interviews and interactive coverage before and during this exclusive show for the BBC.
You'll be able to hear tracks from the band's matinee performance during Steve Lamacq's show on April 1st.
This giveaway ends at the end of Steve Lamacq's show on Friday. Tickets are free and will be allocated at random.
You can apply for a maximum of one pair of tickets per household, and you must make your own way to and from the event.
