To celebrate the launch of Nokia's new range of handsets, the Nokia 8800 Arte and Nokia 8800 Sapphire Arte, VOGUE.COM is giving you the chance to win a specially designed PPQ dress, plus a Nokia 8800 Sapphire Arte handset worth £850.
Crafted from leather, stainless steel with a gem stone centre key, the handsets are the inspiration behind PPQ designers Amy Molyneaux and Percy Parker's bespoke jewel encrusted Remy cocktail dress - of which there are only three.
