Terms and Conditions
Holiday Lettings terms and conditions: 1. The prize is seven nights accommodation for up to 16 guests on a self-catering basis at Casa La Cuerda and Casa Las Estrella. 2. Flights, transfers, travel insurance and spending money are not included. 3. A standard, refundable damages deposit will be payable at time of booking. This will be refunded on the proviso the villa is left clean, tidy and undamaged with all contents present and intact at the end of your stay. 4. The winners will be required to sign a standard booking contract and agree to the terms and conditions of renting La Cuerda and Las Estrellas. 5. Changeover day is usually Thursday. 6. Dates are subject to availability. 7. The prize can only be redeemed during September and October 2008 or April and May 2009. The owners will endeavour to accommodate you at another time if your preferred dates are unavailable. 8. The promoter is www.holidaylettings.co.uk and the competition is in conjunction with Spanish Homes Magazine. 9. www.holidaylettings.co.uk presents the property information provided on this site in good faith. It is intended for general guidance only and should be verified with the property owner before relying on it. 10. www.holidaylettings.co.uk advises all homeowners and potential holidaymakers to confirm all terms and conditions of the rental contract in writing, in advance of the rental.
Spanish Homes Magazine terms and conditions: 1. Entries are online only at www.homesworldwide.co.uk/competitions and all entries must be received by Wednesday, March 26, 2008. 2. By submitting their entry entrants will be deemed to have agreed to and be bound by these rules. 3. Winners will be notified personally, as soon as practicable. 4. The competition is open to all UK residents of 18 or over, except employees of Merricks Media Ltd, any of its wholly owned subsidiaries or any marketing services agency, handling house or other company involved directly with the administration of this competition, or any member of their households. 5.
