Competition opens and closes as stated in the “Dancing on Ice” programme on ITV1 (the “programme”).
Competition entry question:
Please answer the question as stated in the programme. Eligible entrants who have answered the question correctly will be entered into a draw to win the prize.
Competition draw date:
The draw will take place as stated in the programme.
Method of Entry:
Entrants may enter the competition by:
· PRTS Phone - call 09012 934 934 and follow the instructions given. You may enter the competition via PRTS phone up to 10 (ten) times per household.
· SMS text to 83000 – send a SMS text with your answer to the question. You may enter the competition via SMS text up to 10 (ten) times per household.
· Red Button – Where stated in the programme, cable and digital satellite viewers may enter by pressing the red button on their remote control and follow the instructions on screen. You may enter the competition via the red button application up to 10 (ten) times per household.
· Online – go to https://www.itv.com and follow the on-screen instructions to enter the competition. You may enter the competition online up to 30 (thirty) times per household.
There is no email or postal entry available for this competition.
Cost of Entry:
· Each PRTS call costs £1.00 (one pound) from BT landlines. Calls from other networks and mobiles may be higher depending on the telephone provider's own tariffs and charges.
· Each SMS text message costs £1.00 (one pound) plus one standard network rate reply message. The total cost will therefore be dependent on your mobile network.
· Each red button entry costs £1.00 (one pound). Costs are based on using BT landlines in the UK for digital satellite entries. The cost will appear on the telephone bill of the phone line used if you are a digital satellite customer, and on your cable bill if you are a cable customer.
· There is no charge for online entries.
Entries made beyond the maximum number of entries for each method of entry as stated, or entries made after the competition closing time, or received by the Promoter after the closing time, will not be entered into the competition, but may still be charged. Entries which are incomplete, incorrect, misspelt, inaudible, incomprehensible, or not received by the Promoter are void but may still be charged.
Prize:
The first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries who have answered the question correctly will be the winner of the prize.The prize is a return trip for the winner and three companions, to go to the Manchester MEN Arena to see a performance of the Dancing on Ice Live Tour on Saturday, 10May 2008. The prize includes return rail travel from a mainline train station, or airport where necessary, to Manchester UK, return transfers from the mainline Manchester train station to the hotel, two twin-room hotel accommodation based on two people sharing a room for one (1) night, breakfast, a meet-and-greet with Torvill and Dean subject to availability, rink side seats, as well as a cheque for £2,000 (two thousand pounds sterling) payable by cheque in the name of the winner.
The winner acknowledges that in the event any named performer(s) and/or participant(s) does not perform or participate in the Dancing on Ice Live Tour on the relevant date, or if the event does not take place as specified for any reason, the Promoter does not accept responsibility in these circumstances and no alternative prize will be provided.
It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure that they and their companions are available on the relevant date, Saturday, 10 May 2008 as specified by the prize provider and/or organiser. Other restrictions may apply, including but not limited to access restrictions at the Manchester MEN Arena and/or at the hotel.
The prize is non-changeable and non-transferable and where applicable, there is no cash equivalent or alternative prize. The prize provider and/or organizer may vary any element of the prize due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any costs, liabilities, damages, or losses, or for any medical conditions aggravated or incurred by the winner and/or their companions as a result of taking up the prize.
For the avoidance of doubt, the prize excludes all other associated costs or expenses, charges or taxes incurred by the winner, including but not limited to, any additional transportation, accommodation costs or expenses, additional meals not included n the prize, room service, telephone calls, mini bar, parking costs, or any additional costs, charges and/or taxes which may be incurred and which are not included in the prize. The winner must be aged 18 years or over and may be required to confirm proof of age and eligibility. There are no age restrictions on winner’s companions.
The winner will be notified on the competition draw date. He/she will be contacted on the phone number they provided when entering the competition. The Promoter will not amend contact information provided once entry to the competition has been made. The Promoter will use all reasonable endeavours to contact the winner on the competition draw date. If successful contact is not made, or if they are unable to comply with these terms and conditions and take up the prize as specified, or if they fail to meet the eligibility requirements for entering this competition, then the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random and thereafter until a winner is found.Weight Loss - 102lb0 -

If you took the overall comp then I too think Chris should have won, but I believe that Suzanne performed so much better on the night. I do think Chris was at a disadvantage with the flying as the remales looked so elegant but it would be hard for a man to look elegant. Anyway I bet some piggy points for Suzanne to win:rotfl: :j2008 won £5119.04 :j

Thanks for this competition..i meant to enter last night but was a little disappointed with the result that being the mature woman i am i sulked! lol
Chris has been brilliant all series and however he tried there was no way that he would ever have looked elegant flying..but his bolero sp? was so moving.Obviously Jason's campaign for suzanne to win and all the tears worked with the viewing public.
Still managed to persuade OH to take me to the tour as a birthday present and will get to see Chris skate then
