Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
- This prize draw is open to all members of the general public in the United Kingdom, except those employed by UCB Pharma or its associates. Any such entries will be invalid.
- There will be 4 prizes awarded for the months of March and April.
- The prize is a Summer Cool Pack containing a cool bag with integrated radio, two beach chairs, a beach ball, a drinks bottle and a hand held fan. The first four entrants drawn will win the Summer Cool Pack.
- All entries must be received by UCB Pharma by the final calendar day of each month of the prize draw.
- Entries must not be sent in through agencies or third parties. No responsibility can be accepted for lost, delayed, incomplete, damaged or illegible entries. Any such entries will be deemed void.
- Winners will be notified by email within 2 weeks following each prize draw.
- The prize must be claimed within 4 weeks of the email notification. If the prize has not been claimed within this 4 week period the draw will take place again and within 7 days the prize will be re-awarded. If the prize is not claimed on the second occasion no further draws for that item will take place.
- No purchase is necessary.
- Prizes are non-transferable or exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.
- The sponsors reserve the right to alter the prize as necessary.
- The judges decision is final and no correspondence may be entered into.
- The name of the winners can be obtained by sending an S.A.E to UCB Pharma, 208 Bath Road, Slough, Berks, SL1 3WE.
- You must be aged 16 or over to take part in this competition.
