Hi everyone, I thought I'd stop lurking and contribute something! I spotted this comp for a Quaich (pronounced quake for those who don't know).

The Quaich was a traditional Scottish drinking vessel to offer a guest a cup of welcome and also as a farewell drink, usually a dram of whisky. It derives from the Scottish Gaelic 'cuach' meaning a cup. In more recent times, the Quaich has been used as a favour at many Scottish weddings, as a symbol of the shared love and partnership, at christenings, or even births to drink the health of a bairn and to share the love and celebration of that new life.
