The winner and their guests will be staying in a raised ground-floor apartment, on a small and exclusive complex, in a stunning seaside location. It is right next to the five-star Kempinski Hotel and Laguna Village, on the outskirts of Estepona.

Terms and Conditions

The prize is for seven nights' accommodation at the Mar Azul resort, for up to six people, on a self-catering basis. Flights, transfers and insurance are not included. A standard, refundable damages deposit will be payable at the time of booking. This will be refunded on the proviso that the apartment is left clean, tidy and undamaged, with all contents intact, at the end of your stay. The changeover day is flexible. Dates are subject to availability. The owners will endeavour to accommodate you at another time if your preferred dates are unavailable. The promoter is Holidaylets.net and the competition is run through Spanish Homes Magazine. Holidaylets.net presents the property information provided on its website in good faith. It is intended for general guidance only and should be verified with the property owner before relying on it. Holidaylets.net advises all homeowners and potential holidaymakers to confirm all terms and conditions of the rental contract in writing, in advance of the rental period.
