TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Closing date for entries is 31.03.2008.
2. Only one entry per household.
3. All entrants must be 18 years or over.
4. Employees of VisitScotland/VisitScotland.com, their agencies and immediate families are not eligible to enter.
5. Entries must not be sent in through agencies or third parties. Any such entries will be invalid.
6. The winner will be notified by 07.04.2008.
7. The winner’s name will be available after 14.04.2008 by enclosing a stamped, addressed envelope and writing to: VisitScotland Perfect Day Cinema Prize Draw, Ocean Point One, 94 Ocean Drive, Edinburgh, EH6 6JH.
8. There will be one winner who will receive return flights for 2 people from a UK airport to Glasgow, return Loganair flights for 2 people from Glasgow to Barra (https://www.loganair.co.uk), 2 nights’ accommodation for 2 people on Barra or Vatersay, 3 days’ car hire on Barra, a sea kayaking day trip.
9. All additional costs such as meals, drinks etc. must be paid for by the winner.
10. Travel to and from departure point should be booked and paid for by the winner and up to £100 per person will be reimbursed by VisitScotland on production of valid receipts. Receipts for non-travel costs will not be accepted.
11. No cash alternative will be offered.
12. VisitScotland reserves the right to replace the prize with one of equal or greater value.
13. All elements of the prize are subject to availability.
14. The prize must be taken by 30.06.2008.
