1. The Laithwaites prize draw is open to the UK only, excluding Isle of Man and Channel Island residents. Employees (or family members of employees) of any British Sky Broadcasting Group company, companies associated with the Promotion and all affiliates of such companies (collectively "the Companies") may not enter the prize draw.
2. All Sky customers that sign up to receive the Sky Perks newsletter will automatically be entered into the Laithwaites prize draw. You will need to enter your name, phone number and email address.
3. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry. Entries must not be sent in through agents or third parties. Incomplete entries will be disqualified.
4. There is only one entry per person.
5. Closing date for the Laithwaites prize draw is 31 March 2008.
6. One winner will be selected at random by an independent person from all complete and eligible entries received.
7. The winner will be notified by phone or email by 15 April 2008.
8. Prize details include one six-bottle case of Champagne.
9. The recipient must be 18 years or over. Proof of age may be required.
10. Should this product be unavailable at the time of purchase, Sky reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are subject to change.
11. There is no cash alternative to the prize and unless agreed otherwise in writing the prizes are non-refundable and non transferable.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.
13. If any winner cannot be contacted within 14 days then the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another participant.
14. The Promoter's decision is final and legally binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these entry rules and conditions will be disqualified.
