1. Terms and Conditions on www.independent.co.uk/legal form a part of these terms and conditions.
2. The competition will run on www.independent.co.uk website from 10 March 2008 to 23 April 2008.
3. Closing date for entries is noon (GMT) on 23 April 2006.
4. The competition is open to individual residents of the UK aged 16 or over, but not to employees of Independent News and Media Limited (“INM”), Beiersdorf UK Ltd and their associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies, and their families, agents, or anyone connected with this competition.
5. The competition is free to enter. An eligible entrant must be an individual and must submit an entry in the form provided by INM under this promotion including their first name, surname, e-mail address, address, date of birth and mobile telephone number. An individual may enter as many times as they like. Only one (1) prize will be awarded to any one (1) individual.
6. Entrants who reach at least level three (3) will automatically be entered into the prize draw to win one (1) of twenty (20) individual NIVEA FOR MEN wash bags. Winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries (who reach level three (3) or above) received prior to the close of the competition. The winners will be notified by email within seven (7) days from the draw date. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winners during this time. If a winner cannot be contacted or is not available, INM reserves the right to re-draw another winner from the eligible entries which were received before the closing date.
7. 8. There is no cash or other alternative to the prize stated and the prize is not transferable and no part or parts of the prize may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions.
9. By entering, all eligible entrants agree to abide by each and all these terms and conditions. INM reserves the right, with or without cause, to exclude entrants and withhold prizes for violating any of these terms and conditions. INM reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Any amendments will be published on the Website.
10. The judge's decision is final and binding on the entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.
11. INM will not be liable for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit or prohibit an eligible entrant's ability to participate in the competition.
12. The winners may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize.
13. INM reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the competition (including altering prizes) if, in their sole discretion, a competition is not capable for being conducted as specified. INM reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value in the event that circumstances beyond their control make this unavoidable.

15. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
