Bye Bye Standby
It's Green Month and we want to help you make a difference to the future of the planet. We've got some fantastic little gadgets to give away and get you on you're way.
Apparently on average we have up to 12 gadgets left on standby or charging at any one time - about 10% of our entire electricity bill. What a waste!

We've found a greener solution, and wanted to share it with you. Bye Bye Standby lets you remotely cut power to electrical devices when they are in standby mode so you save energy and money!
Plug your appliance or extension lead into the smart socket, then plug that into the wall, then use the remote control to switch them off. Easy! And for the more forgetful among us, the online kit works with the smart sockets to switch off your appliances over the Internet or via a mobile phone.
We've got Bye Bye Standby products to give away. 5 people drawn at random will receive a Bye Bye Standby smart socket and online kit. The next 15 names drawn will receive Bye Bye Standby smart sockets. To enter, just answer the question below and fill in the form, then click 'Continue' to find out what appliances are the worst standby offenders...

Yeah, they're just generic, copied, addresses, from another comper. You have to follow the Green Month links and - as I remember from earlier - follow the 'goodbye to standby' links or something.
Each site seems to have its own way of siting the comp too, so they are in different places.
It's on most of them - I did those I found.

Thanks for that. I too tried several stations and they all showed the same first page so have only entered one as you have to reg onto each one seperately I guess?
Once registered, it does say that you will have access to exclusive members comps so may get others this way.
Thanks for taking the trouble to do this.:T0
