'Britney Believe' Prize Draw -Terms and Conditions

• The promotion is a prize draw, which is open to anyone who completes an entry form. Entry forms are available at found at https://www.thefragranceshop.co.uk/britney.
• No purchase necessary.
• The prizes are 1 x iPod touch 8GB, 5 x iPod nano 8GB and 10 x iPod Shuffle. Images used to promote the Draw are for illustration only.
• The prize draw is only open to people aged 13 or over resident in mainland Britain.
• Only one entry per person is permitted.
• The closing date for entries is March 31st 2008. The winner will be the first entry drawn at random on April 10th and will be notified by phone. The Prize Draw will be supervised by an independent person.
• The prizes remains the property of Elizabeth Arden until a winner is notified in writing and the winner has accepted the prize.
• In the event of a winner being unable to accept the prize, upon agreement from Elizabeth Arden, he/she can nominate a family member or partner to accept the prize on their behalf.
