T&Cs:

1. Open to all residents of Member States of the European Union aged 18 or over except employees of the Promoter, their families and anyone professionally involved with this promotion.

2. No purchase necessary. To enter, complete the registration form. Prize Draw closes 30th June 2008. Only one entry per person. The winner will be the first valid entry drawn at random on 14th July 2008 and notified by telephone by 18th July 2008.

3. The winner will receive a two-night trip for themselves and 5 friends (all persons attending the trip must be aged 18s or over) to Drummuir Castle, Grampian, Scotland to be taken over two nights of their choice, except for Christmas, New Year and UK Public Holidays, subject to availability. The trip will include three meals and accommodation for two nights at Drummuir Castle; a nosing and tasting tutorial; a visit to a Classic Malts Distillery and access to a range of activities. The prize includes travel to and from Drummuir Castle from anywhere in the European Union and transfers to and from Drummuir Castle. Participants will be responsible for arranging any passport, visa or other documents applicable for entry into the UK in the required timeframe.Transfers to and from the airport, travel insurance, spending money and any other taxes and expenses not stated in these conditions are not included. We recommend to the winners obtaining their own insurance. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize by 31st August 2008 otherwise the prize will be forfeited. The trip must be taken between 1st September 2008 and 1st September 2009. Save as prohibited by law, the Promoter is not liable for any personal injury during the weekend trip.

4. The winner’s name can be found by sending SAE to EHS Brann, 6 Briset Street London, UK, EC1M 5NR, after 18th July 2008. No other correspondence will be entered into concerning the result and the Promoter’s decision is final.

5. The winner may be required to take part in publicity. By entering the promotion, you agree to the use of your name and image by the Promoter for such publicity purposes.

6. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or amend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control, including in the event of tampering or technical difficulties. An entry will be invalid and void if it does not comply with these conditions or if entry is incomplete, irregular, produced in error, or made fraudulently. If a winning entry is deemed invalid or disqualified, or the prize is forfeited or refused, the Promoter may, in its sole discretion, choose whether to conduct a re-draw and award the prize to anther valid entry.

7. The Promoter and their agents accept no responsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to this promotion. You agree that, to the extent permissible by law, the Promoter and its affiliates, agents and their employees, directors and shareholders assume no liability, and will be held harmless by you for any liability, for injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including without limitation, death and property, resulting in whole or part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance of the prize, taking the trip or participation in the promotion.

8. This promotion and these terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

9. Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by participating in this promotion.

    Got a popup that claimed it was time to clean my registry. For a second, I thought it was my McAfee stuff and almost clicked it. This kind of stuff is really annoying.
