Terms and Conditions
1. The South Park competition is open to UK and EIRE residents only and entrants 18 years of age or over. When contacted the prize winner must provide proof of age.
2. Employees of Paramount Comedy affiliated and associated companies, any employees of third party prize suppliers and promotional agencies and their families are excluded from taking part in this prize draw.
3. To enter the South Park competition – enter via www.paramountcomedy.com.
4. No purchase is necessary for entry. One entry per person which must include name, age, address (including postcode), telephone number and answer to the question. No multiple entries allowed.
5. No responsibility is accepted by Paramount Comedy for ineligible or fraudulent entries.
6. The prizes are as follows:
First prize winner:
One (1) prize of a trip for two (2) to Los Angeles, California for six (6) nights, including:

• return economy flights from a UK airport to Los Angeles International Airport for winner and guest;
• six (6) nights, room only accommodation for two (2) persons in a three (3) star hotel (double room);
• transfers to and from Los Angeles International Airport; and a VIP tour of Paramount Studios for winner and guest.

Runners up:
Ten (10) Runner Up prizes, each runner up will receive One (1) South Park Season 2 DVD and One (1) ‘South Park in your pocket’ key chain. .
7. For the avoidance of doubt, the first prize winner’s guest must be aged eighteen (18) years and over.
8. The first prize winner and the winner’s guest must hold a valid UK passport and any other necessary travel documentation (including, without limitation, visas where necessary) and are advised to obtain their own travel insurance.
9. The first prize does not include UK transfers, insurance or spending money. The winner and guest shall be responsible for all additional hotel charges, such as meals, bar bills, telephone and ground transportation.
10. All components of the first prize must be taken on the same trip and are subject to availability.
11. The first prize needs to be taken between 28 April 2008 and 1 December 2008, excluding peak periods & travel blackouts may apply.

12. The closing date for entries will be 31st March 2008 at 23:59

13. The Prize winners will be drawn at random by the promoter on 1st April 2008 and shall be notified by email, telephone or in writing to the address supplied by the promoter within 1 week of the prize draw.
14. The Promoter's decision concerning the choice of winners will be final.
15. If due to circumstances outside the Promoter's control or if the Promoter deems it necessary to suspend, amend or cancel the prize draw, the Promoter reserves the right to do so.
16. No liability shall be taken for entries lost, damaged or delayed in transmission. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for participants being unable to connect to the Promoter's website or to participate in this prize draw, or if their entry is late or lost, due to any problem, technical or otherwise connected with their email or web connection. Proof of transmission is not proof of receipt.
17. No responsibility shall be taken for any occurrences resulting from the participant's connection to the Internet via the Promoter's website. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for any damage (whether material or non-material) caused to participants, to their computer equipment or to data which are stored on them, or to their personal, professional or commercial activities.
18. The prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable, non-refundable and there are no cash alternatives. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
19. Paramount Comedy may wish to use winners' names for editorial and publicity purposes on the paramountcomedy.com website. It is a condition of entry to this prize draw that you agree to this use of your name. Any information provided by participants will be used by the Promoter for this prize draw and where participants have opted-in to receive communications from us, for updating participants of any other Promoter marketing activities. In all other respects the Promoter's privacy policy shall apply and can be found here.
20. Contestants entering the prize draw agree to be bound by the above terms and conditions unconditionally.
21. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute arising there from.
