The Prize: 2 round trip tickets from London to New York valued at approximately £1000. The 2 tickets will only be available if the participant completes all parts of the competition.
This promotion is only open to residents of the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over ("Participants"). Employees of Virgin Atlantic or Qype (the promoter), their agents and contractors or any member of any such person's family are not permitted to enter. Qype GmbH reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants.
The Promotional Period is 10/03/2008 to 31/03/2008. Prize draw entry will close at midnight on 31/03/2008. The winner will be chosen at random and informed via email. The winner will be required to confirm their acceptance of the prize by email before 31/04/2008. If the prize is unclaimed or declined, a supplementary winner may be drawn at the Promoters discretion and the winner will be notified by email.
Flights are subject to availability and first choice of dates cannot be guaranteed.
Taxes, fees & surcharges are the responsibility of the prizewinner(s).
Flight does not include visas, travel insurance
Passport, visa & health requirements and travel insurance are the responsibility of the prizewinners(s).
Prizewinner tickets must be booked by the 30th June 2008, at least 60 days before travel and travel must be completed between the 1st September and 1st December 2008.
All flights are subject to availability.
Winners are responsible for any tax liability accrued as a result of this prize.
The prize does not include transport to and from any airport, spending money, accommodation or travel insurance.
Prizes are not transferable and are non negotiable. Cash or credit alternatives will not be offered. The promoter reserves the right to provide substitute prizes of similar value should the specified prize become unavailable for reasons beyond its control.
This promotion will be governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. Promotional materials form part of these terms and conditions.
The Promoter is not responsible for loss or damage arising from an inability to enter due to computer failure, viruses, bugs and other such causes.
In the unlikely event that the passengers are downgraded or offloaded due to high load factors, they will be responsible for any costs incurred and Qype GmbH will not be held responsible.
Qype GmbH reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of its promotion, or any tickets issued free, without notice, in the event of a major catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, earthquake or any actual, anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other similar events.
