E: 03/04/08 Win a trip to Hawaii

Texts are charged at 3p for Virgin Mobile customers and standard text rate for other networks. Draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over (except employees or agents of any Virgin Mobile group company or Universal Music group company, their families or anyone connected with the promotion). Entry constitutes your acceptance of these rules. No purchase necessary but entrants should be aware that they may be subject to local call charges depending on their own individual arrangements for Internet access and if entering by text, the mobile charges referred to above will apply. Only one entry per person.

Winners must be free and able to travel to Hawaii at short notice once travellers/flight details are confirmed. The Festival takes place over the weekend of 19th – 20th of April in Honolulu.

Opening date for entries is midday 6th March 2008. Closing date for all entries is midnight 3rd April 2008. Draw will be made on 7th April 2008. Winners will be notified by phone on the day of the draw; if you miss the call and respond to a voicemail message you must call Virgin Mobile or its appointed agent back as detailed in the message within 24 hours, otherwise Virgin Mobile reserves the right to re-draw the relevant prize.

Prize is two tickets to the Kokua Festival in Honolulu, Hawaii on 19th/20th April. It includes UK transfers to the departure airport, economy return flights to Hawaii, four nights in a hotel. All expenses not specified are the sole responsibility of the winner and his/her companion (including without limitation transfers in Hawaii and any subsistence/money.). The winner and his/her companion are responsible for their own insurance, passport and visa arrangements.

Winner will be sent his/her tickets by special delivery following the draw. Only the prize listed in these terms and conditions will be offered. The judge's decision is final and binding and no correspondence shall be entered into. Prize is non-transferable. No cash alternative. Winner’s name and county will be available by sending an SAE to the promoter: Jack Johnson Competition, Virgin Mobile Telecoms Ltd, 5th Floor, The Communications Building, 48 Leicester Square, London, WC2H 7LT.

The promoter, Virgin Mobile Telecoms Ltd., reserves the right to offer alternative prizes.
The promoter reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the competition (including altering prizes) if, in its sole discretion, the competition is not capable of being conducted as specified.

The promoter will not be liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The promoter takes no responsibility for any entries that are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid. Further, the promoter will not be liable for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit or prohibit an eligible entrant’s ability to participate in the competition. By entering, you release and hold harmless the promoter, its group companies, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability and any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this promotion to the extent permitted by law.
