Car Loan Plan - APR 6.2%

I am looking for a loan specifically to purchase a car. The best I can find is Marks & Spencer Money with an APR of 6.2% and up to 60% deferred until I sell the vehicle. Are there any other offers available which are better than this?

  • The AA offer a rate of 5.8% but they dont do deffered loans at that rate as far as i know.

Infact i am in the middle of a loan application and i am thinking i may well change over to the marks and spencers rate.

That looks like a good deal.

On a straight forward loan without the deffered facility I think Northern Rock are lowest at 5.7% APR but that is not the best way to do it in my situation.
  • It seems, from some of the other threads on this board, that people aren't actually getting the 5.7% on any of these loans unless they take out the Payment Protection (which, of ocurse, takes the actual amount repaid well beyond 5.7%).
