Has anyone actually had any ushopucare cashback?

Options
UshopUcare offer 5% cashback on tesco groceries. They are the only site offering cashback at all on groceries as far as I know and I have ordered my tesco shopping through them for 2 months now.I still have no cashback showing though and they have not yet replied to my e-mail query on the subject.I just wondered if anyone has had cashback from the ushopucare site or if anyone else uses it for tesco grocery cashback.

I don't use that site, but just had a look at it. The Tesco offers are through Tradedoubler, and I've just checked there.

Tesco Groceries don't pay commision on what people buy, so the offer of %5 is wrong. They pay £5 for any new member that joins Tesco through your link, and that is all. They don't pay commission on what people spend.

I think this site is conning members, they offer 5% cash back which will never be paid by Tesco's. They are doing this in the hope that some of the people who use the link will not be members of Tesco and have to join to use the online store. If this happens the site will get paid £5 for introducing a new customer to Tesco. They don't mention getting £5 for new customers, so I guess they don't pass on any of the £5 they get.

Tesco Direct and Tesco Jersey do pay a percentage on what you buy, but NOT Tesco Groceries.
  • I made a purchase last week on ushopucare on a debenhams purchase cos cashback is bigger than on quidco. to date no cashback received. I had hoped to use this cashback site for grocery shopping on tesco but after the advice on this site i will forget it. I did get £5 for joining up. thanks for useful advice. I will revert to Quidco.

An update on Tesco. I have been told that Tesco Flowers ended their affiliate program yesterday. So if there are any offers still on sites you may not get paid.

I say "may" because they may have joined another affiliate program that I don't know about.

Nearly 8 months later and they are still claiming to offer 5% cashback on Tesco groceries: http://www.ushopucare.co.uk/?act=search&q=tesco
I wonder what Tesco would think about misleading/ false information being advertised about them like this?
