Terms & Conditions

1. This promotion is open to UK residents over the age of 18. Employees of Scolarest, Caf!direct, their families, agents, agencies or any person professionally connected with this promotion are excluded.
2. Closing date for receipt of entries is 21/3/08. Any entries received after midnight on the above date will not be deemed valid and will not be included in.
3. To enter, participants must send an email in no more than 100 words, why they and a friend should win the trip. Participation is by email only and a valid telephone number must be supplied. Entries received by any other means will be excluded. One entry per person.
4. No purchase necessary to enter.
5. Subject to availability. The prize consists of one trip for 2 people to Tanzania for 6 days travelling together and sharing a twin room on a Full Board basis. Winning holiday booking date: Offer valid for travel April - 12th December 2008, excluding departures during July and August 2008. Booking must be made 6 weeks in advance. Flights, taxes, transfers in Tanzania, guide and transport, game viewing in Tarangire, NP fees, AMREF cover are all included in the prize.
6. Itinerary: Days 1-2: Depart Kilimanjaro airport for 2 nights at Kahawa Shamba in the foothills of Kilimanjaro. (FB) Days 3-5: Drive to Tarangire. Daily game drives in the national park. Stay in luxury camp towards Lake Manyara. (FB) Day 6: Transfer back to Arusha or Kilimanjaro airport.
7. All insurances, UK transfers, spending money and other expenses (including vaccinations, visas, drinks, tips and items of personal nature etc.) as the case may be, unless specifically stated, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
8. Winners are responsible for ensuring that they hold a valid passport at the time of travel; applying for any necessary Visas and for ensuring that they have any recommended vaccinations for the country they are due to visit. Vaccination advice can be obtained from your GP.
9. The winners of the holidays must ensure that they have the appropriate level of travel insurance before booking their trip
10. Judging for this competition will take place after midnight on 31/3/08. The winner will be contacted by telephone informing them that they have won.
11. Winners agree to take part in any reasonable publicity required.
12. The prize is non-changeable, non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
13. The decision of the Promoter in all matters shall be final and binding and no correspondence shall be entered into.

  did get it from my uni but same didnt see it in t+c's it just says over 18, not sure sorry, ill change title anyway
