Do you think that you have to be a 3 customer to enter? Had a look at the T&Cs, but couldn't see anything.

• 1. The prize draw promoter is Hutchison 3G UK Limited ('3'), Star House, 20 Grenfell Road, Maidenhead, Berks, SL6 1EH.
• 2. The '3 is 5' Draw will commence at Monday 3rd March 2008 and close at 5pm Friday 14th March 2008 (the "PromotionalPeriod").
• 3. Only one entry per person. You must be a resident in the UK and be 18 years old or over. This draw is not open to employees and their families of 3, its agents, contractors, consultants, or anyone professionally connected with the prize draw. Further, 3 reserves the right to disqualify any entries which it deems, at its sole discretion, to contravene the spirit of the promotion.
• 4. The winners will be drawn at random from all entries received before 5pm Friday 14th March 2008. The draw will take place under independent supervision by Friday 28th March 2008.
• 5. Entrants must be 18 years of age or over and be legally resident in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man. The winners may be required to submit valid identification before receiving the prize.
• 6. The prizes are:
  • One Mini Cooper 1.6 4-Cylinder 16V Manual from a dealership determined by 3. The winner can select any available colour excluding a metallic (or special colours which attract additional charges), to a value no greater than £13,946 including VAT. The prize includes a tank of petrol, one years Road Fund Tax and fully comprehensive insurance (from an insurer selected by 3) on the vehicle for one year up to the value of £1,000 (including any applicable taxes). If the insurance quote is more than £1,000 (including any taxes), the winner will have to pay the difference in cost. The winner will be responsible for collecting their Mini Cooper from the dealership selected by 3.
  • 5 x Nintendo Wii game consoles.

• 7. The winners will be notified by phone or email on 28th March 2008. The Judges' decision is final. The winners will be required to provide the following information to 3 (or the 3rd party it nominates to issue and manage the prizes) within 72 hours of being informed that they have won: full name, age, residential addresses. The prizes will be issued and managed by a third party. They will contact the prize winners and arrange all details where applicable. Details of the winners can be obtained by sending a SAE to 3 is 5 Prize Draw , Hutchison 3G UK Limited ('3'), Star House, 20 Grenfell Road, Maidenhead, Berks, SL6 1EH, 30 days after the competition closes.
• 8. No purchase necessary.

Under no circumstances will 3 (or its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies) be liable (unless such liability cannot be lawfully excluded) for any losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with any errors, defects, interruptions, malfunctions or delays in the prize draw or any prize connected with the draw excludes liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law for any loss or damage caused to the winner and/or companion arising out of this prize.
