Liane Carroll has one of the finest jazz/blues voices in the UK has won continual acclaim for her incredible delivery alongside her fabulous performances on the piano.

Liane Live captures her trio (Roger Carey on bass and Mark Fletcher on drums) was filmed at the Brecon Jazz Festival in 2006 and has been released after an overwhelming demand from fans to see it following a TV broadcast from the show.
The performance also sees Liane performing with guest vocalist Ian Shaw on Carole King's You've Got A Friend. Among the diverse range of tracks she plays during the concert are Laura Nyro's And When I Die, Duke Ellington's Caravan, Donald Fagen's Walk Between The Raindrops and standards such as that Old Black Magic and Bye Bye Blackbird. The DVD also includes an interview with Liane by theJazz's Helen Mayhew.
