Hot lemon juice + teaspoon honey + echinacea drops. 3-4 x daily.

Won't 'cure' it, but me & Mrs T.S. find it helps.
    How to find a dentist.
    1. Get recommendations from friends/family/neighbours/etc.
    2. Once you have a short-list, VISIT the practices - dont just phone. Go on the pretext of getting a Practice Leaflet.
    3. Assess the helpfulness of the staff and the level of the facilities.
    4. Only book initial appointment when you find a place you are happy with.

If the cattarh is bad, try the old fashioned bowl of hot water and a towel over the head. The steam really helps break it down. Do it once an hour for best results and add a couple of drops of Olbas Oil or aromatherapy oils if you have any handy.

As a bonus, it makes your skin really bright and fresh looking too!

Got 2 out of 3 ingredients. Will go get echinacea. Keep hearing good reports on the stuff.
  • Morning scoobylou

OH usually has a bowl of boiling water with a teaspoon of vicks vapour rub in it-then puts head over with towel and inhales steam. Normally does the trick! Other than that-standard over the counter medication/paracetomols etc. If still bad tomorrow-maybe call the GP just to be on the safe side. She hasnt decreased or increased any normal medication she usually takes-sometimes this can give certain side effects.

    Hope she feels better soon.
