Rules for the Chartula Competition
March 2008
1. The Chartula Competition (the "Competition") is open from 1st March 2008 and will close at 1pm on 28th April 2008 ("the Closing Date").
2. This Competition is only open to people selected by Wedding TV Limited ("the Company"). To be eligible for the prize, entrants must:

• Have entered the Competition before the Closing Date, by answering the question featured on the https://www.weddingtv.com ("the Website") and sending their answer using the form placed on the Website for that purpose, and
• be 18 years of age or older and residents of Great Britain.

3. No purchase is necessary to enter this competition.
4. One winner will be chosen at random from all the correct entries received. The winner will be notified by email by 10th May 2008 and the winner's details will be forwarded to the WTV comps PR department no later than 15th May 2008. The WTV comps department will organize the prize and send the prize to the winner as agreed with the winner but no later than 15th May 2009.
5. The prize is as stated, and there are no cash alternatives. Whilst all efforts will be made to supply the prize as advertised, the prize is subject to availability and the Company is not responsible for alterations and/or substitutions of the prize due to changes by the manufacturer or supplier.
6. All decisions by the Company as to the selection of the winner and the provision of the prize will be final, and no person will have the right to appeal such decision, or otherwise correspond with any person or entity judging or otherwise controlling this Competition.
7. Employees of the Company, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, associated and group companies (collectively, 'Wedding TV Companies') and any other company involved in this Competition, their families and agents, are not eligible to participate in this Competition.
8. Use of personal data of registered users is set out in the Company's Terms and Conditions and the Company's Privacy Policy.
9. Company will not be responsible for lack of the service or its bad performance or its non-delivery due to the winner providing the Company with incorrect details.
10. By entering into this Competition, all entrants accept that the Wedding TV Companies will not have any liability relating to this Competition and the award of any prize, including without limitation, any liability for claims in respect of personal injury, loss of or damage to property, or liability in connection with any activities undertaken pursuant to the award of such prize and entering and playing the game.
11. By entering this Competition, entrants will be deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions of this Competition.
12. The promoter of this Competition is Wedding TV Limited ("the Company") having its registered address at 44 Clipstone Street London, W1W 5JT. 13. These terms and conditions will be governed by English law and the English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the Competition.
