1. No Purchase Necessary - Postal Entries can be made by sending a postcard to 'PIAGGIO COMPETITION' Barracuda Group, Lunar House, Globe Park, Marlow, SL7 1LW with your full name, address and daytime telephone number.
2. A winner will be selected at random on the 30 th March 2008. A winner will be notified by within 2 weeks of the prize being drawn.
3. No employees of Barracuda Group or associated companies or there agents will be eligible to enter the competition.
4. Texts sent to 85010 cost 50p + your Standard Network Charge.
5. Entry is made by sending PIAGGIO + Your TOWN/CITY to 85010.
6. You must be over 18 years old to enter the competition; you will need to provide proof of age if you are the winner.
7. By entering the competition you will automatically join the Barracuda Bars database. You can opt out at anytime by sending the text message STOP to 80010 at your standard network rate.
8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed, mislaid or damaged in the post or offered for delivery insufficiently stamped. Proof of delivery will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
9. All entries and copyright in them automatically become the property of the Barracuda Group.
10. All entrants to competitions and offers are deemed to have accepted these rules and agreed to be bound by them and agree to co-operate in any publicity that may arise.
11. Rules are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts
