Prize is a trip for 2 to New York. The prize includes return economy flights to New York from London and return transfer from airport to hotel; 3 nights' accommodation at The Time Hotel, including breakfast daily; Lady Liberty Helicopter Flight for 2 people; comprehensive travel insurance for 2 people.
Winners are responsible for any additional expenses, including all incidental, travel and meals not listed as part of the prize package above.
Closing date is 16/03/2008; all entries must be made by midnight on this date.
Travel, accommodation and activities are subject to availability. Winners will be advised of any black-out dates upon notification.
The trip must be taken by the end of 2008.
Winners must be in possession of a valid 10-year passport, and must have a minimum of 90 days validity for the duration of the prize holiday. Winners must be in possession of any applicable visas.
The Winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the competition closing.
Only one entry per person.
No purchase necessary and no proof of purchase required.
The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable.
Entrants must be 18 or over and live in the UK. Employees of Play.com, their families and agencies, and anyone directly connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
Promoter's address is Play Ltd, PO Box 192, St Helier, Jersey JE4 8RP. Prize is subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the promoter retains the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value.
