removing skin blemishes / scars etc

Hi

my skin is strnage where as if i do have fried food or choc it will give me spots at times, im only young so i do crave for these foods

my question is after the spots you do have the odd skin blemish or scar

is there a way to hide these although nto permanantly, something must exists to help
but not make up lol, im a guy

  • Bio Oil might help to fade the scar but you would have to use it for some time.

    Vitamin E cream may also help.

    Dermatix gel is supposed to be good but it is very expensive.

  • Rosehip Oil is good for scarring.
  • Bio oil is great. My son had a bad chicken pox scar under his eye which was very red. I got into the habit of using it every day. It took a good few months but now you can hardly see it. It has also worked on my mums stretch marks which she has had for 30 something years.
