They are fine - they are the comps host for a lot of magazines, yours, max power, practical photography etc.

I think Great Competitions is OK but I'm doubtful about 321prize.com

They definitely don't spam. I'd forgotten I even registered with them months ago, till I clicked on the comp click and it remembered me.
I'll think of you all as I drive along in this car....;)

The standard Great Competitions t+c are fine, but it says this comp is subject to 'Special Terms' namely the 321Prize t+c which state

On registering with 321Prize and when entering any competition, each applicant agrees to receive information containing, but not limited to, market research and advertising from 3rd parties via e-mail, SMS, telephone, postal and other channels that are appropriate given the answers to the questions on each competition. Specifically, where a visitor has answered a question or a competition provided by a sponsor of 321Prize, the visitor's details will be passed onto the sponsor. Visitors should expect to receive marketing and other communication from 321Prize, its customers, sponsors and other organisations that can provide relevant offers. 321Prize will also use your information to facilitate communication between yourself and others.

So I think this will be spammy although other Great Competitions ones are OK
