To enter free prize draw:
• The Clinique Lash Power free prize draw is open to residents of the UK only aged 21 or over, excluding employees of Clinique, Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation and Spyglass Entertainment Funding LLC or any of their affiliate companies, their families, cohabitants, agents and anyone connected with the promotion.
• Free prize draw. No purchase necessary.
• The start date of the promotion is 31st January 2008. Entries must be received online at www.clinique.co.uk no later than 27th March 2008 by 14.00pm (UK-GMT). Entries completed at Clinique participating counters must be received no later than 27 March 2008 by 17.00pm UK-GMT.
• To enter online complete the entry form on www.clinique.co.uk. When prompted you must complete the details required for entry in full. You will be asked to provide your first name, surname, address, telephone number and email address. Entry to the draw will be automatic upon clicking the button "Submit" (the "Entry Site"). We will not communicate with you for purposes other than in connection with this prize draw unless you opt-in to receive such communications by ticking the box.
• Every fully completed entry form will have one chance to win. Only fully completed entry forms will be accepted.
• A limit of only one entry per person/valid email address will be accepted.
• Entry to the free prize draw will be automatic upon Clinique.co.uk's receipt of fully completed entry forms which are received before the closing date.
• When you enter your details on the entry form you will be given the option to opt-in to receive communications via mail and email from Clinique containing our newsletters, surveys or other information containing product and event information, cosmetic tips or promotions ("Opt-in Communications"). We will assume that you have given us your consent to opt-in if you have given us your details when completing your entry and have opted-in by ticking the consent box. If you do opt in and later decide that you would no longer like to receive these communications you can change your preferences at any time by updating your registration details if you have an account with www.clinique.co.uk or by clicking the "unsubscribe" at the bottom of each opt-in communication email you receive from Clinique.
• Entry must be made by the entrant, only at the Entry Site. Entries made by any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at any other internet web site or email address, including but not limited to commercial competitions, subscriptions, notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified from this free prize draw. The use of any device to automate the entry process is prohibited.
• No responsibility is accepted for any entries that are incomplete, ineligible, corrupted, lost or delayed or are unable to be sent because of any technical or other reason, or for any charges made by the sender's network for repeat entries. Proof of sending the entry will not be accepted as proof of delivery.

Prize does not include transfers to/from the airport, or visas. The prize winner and their friend must have a valid passport. Specified accommodation and activities are subject to availability at time of booking. All activities and products are subject to supplier terms and conditions. Travel excludes Christmas, New Year, Easter, school holidays and other public holidays. Winner and guest must be aged 21 or over. Winner must take their prize within 12 months of being notified, otherwise winner forfeits prize.
• 50 Runners up will each win the following:
-I x Double cinema pass to see 27 Dresses or the film of their choice. Double cinema passes may be used at Odeon, UCI or The Filmworks cinemas.
-Double passes must be used within 12 months of their receipt.
• The prizes are as stated, are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
Winner Selection:
• The free prize draw will be carried out on 11th April 2008 under the supervision of an independent observer.
• Every completed entry form will have one chance to win. The winner of the Grand Prize of a trip to New York will be the first entry drawn at random from all valid, completed entries. The 50 runners up will be the next 50 entries drawn at random from all valid, completed entries. There will only be one prize per completed entry form.
• The winner and runners up will be notified by Clinique Customer Services Team via telephone, within 7 days of the prize draw.
• The results of the prize draw are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
General:
• The names and counties of residence of the winner and runners up can be obtained by sending a SAE to Marketing at Clinique Laboratories Limited, 73 Grosvenor Street, London, W1K 3BQ within 14 days following the free prize draw.
• By entering the free prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and that their names and counties of residence may be released if they win a prize. They also agree to participate in any post-event publicity.
