Can anyone recommend the cheapest 42" plasma that is HDTV ready (DVI/HDMI input with HDCP) and where to buy it (I don't mind buying over internet if it is cheaper)?
I haven't set a budget but am hoping that the cheapest would come below £2k.
(Please note that I want HDTV ready and NOT HDTV compatible)
One more question: are those ALis panels HDTV ready?

Can't help with finding a HDTV ready one unfortunately, but I can tell you for certain that the Aldi ones are NOT ready - there has been a big fuss about it and apparently the boxes instore have all had the 'HD-Ready' stickers covered over.0

Check out avforums.com for loads of advice.
Personally I'd always stick with Panasonic plasma, but you pays yer money and takes yer choice.
