Terms and Conditions
1. Promotion is open to all UK residents except employees and their immediate families of The Harlequin, or anyone else who is professionally connected to the promotion. 2. There are 20 prizes of a luxury hamper from M&S worth £50. The following items are included in the hamper - bottle of champagne with 2 champagne flutes,cook book, picture frame, bottle of perfume, mum's mug, cosy socks,mum chocolates, scented candle, 2 bags of heart shaped Swiss chocolates, fruit tea, bottle of wine, all butter fudge sweets and box of Belgian chocolates. 3. Closing date for entries is 28th February. Prizes won by entrants under 18 must be collected by an appropriate adult. 4. Only one entry per person. No third party or bulk entries. 5. Prize must be accepted as offered. No cash alternative to prize. 6. The prize can be collected up until Sunday 3rd of March. 7. Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. 8. Promoter: The Harlequin Shopping Centre, Watford, WD17 2UB.

looks like you have to live near watford to be able to collect your winnings.
i live a long way north of Watford, so do not think i can enter.Shame!!
