£3 hair cut, massage, family portrait, personal training or golf session, plus more!

What's the deal?

Radox is giving away free treats when you by three products, meaning you can grab a haircut, massage, beauty treatment, sports session or family portrait for just £3.

Where it's available

Hundreds of salons and venues nationwide are participating in this offer (although unfortunately none are in Northern Ireland) but the one snag is you can't chose exactly which venue or activity you'll get. You have to choose three activities in preference order (eg haircut, massage and golf session) and then a venue, within a reasonable distance from your home, will be selected on your behalf, usually no more than 40 minutes driving time away.

What's available?

Each treat has specific terms and conditions with regards to it's availability, when the session has to be used by (usually six months from receipt of application) and how many members of a household can take up the offer, so please read them before choosing which to go for. View the deals and click on the treat you want and the appropriate ts and cs.

How to get your treat

Before the end of June, simply buy three Radox products and then log on to Radox's TLC Website. Pick which treat you'd like, fill in its application form and then print and send it, along with the receipt for the Radox products, to:

Radox, PO Box 468, Swansea, SA1 4WY

Your free treat voucher should be sent to you within 28 days of Radox receiving the application.

Morrisons is currently selling Radox 250ml shower gel for £1 until 13 April, and the standard price of Radox muscle soak bath salts is £1.05 so you could easily nab a treat for £3.

Anybody who is thinking of taking up this offer needs to read the terms and conditions very carefully.

For instance, if you turn up to play a round of golf with a friend or family member, only one of you can use a voucher, and the other person will end up paying full price.

To quote the terms and conditions of the golf reward...

"The voucher entitles the bearer to one free round of golf, for one person at one of the participating venues.

Only one voucher may be used per person/per household, per venue and per booking group (group is defined as more than one person accompanying the voucher holder). The voucher claimant may not claim another free round of golf voucher at the same venue.

All additional customers will pay the full price and all future bookings will be charged at the full price."

Each of the offers that I've read so far has some very restrictive terms and conditions.

It also appears, looking at the application form, that you have to put down your three preferred rewards, so you're not even guaranteed to get the one you are after. I've no idea what happens if you only put down one preference?

By all means take up this offer, it's not going to cost very much, but be aware beforehand of the limitations to avoid future disappointment.

I agree, this might not be the 'special' deal it might appear. Of the 5 attractions listed in my town, 3 are free already and one (a giant greenhouse) is quite cheap to visit anyway - the products would cost more to buy! Hope somebody else gets a great 'freebie' from this.

I've found this before too. With the Always promotion, it said free beauty treats which I thought was great as I was buying the product anyway. However, the only ones I could find in my area were 2 for the price of 1 so, yes, I could have a free reflexology treat but I had to buy one first - bit of a con really.

  • Interestingly, the terms and conditions link isn't working any more....
^^^^^^^^^^^ this is just my opinion, no promises or guarantees that it is correct ;)
  • Are radox and veet owned by the same company? Both have addresses in Swansea. Bought lots of veet product I don't normally use to get the free treatments late last year. Booked hair appointments for me and my mum. Had to pay in advance for car parking in town, turned up at the salon, only to be told the person booked for our treatments hadn't come in, and no-one else could offer the haircut. They did not telephone to cancel the appointment. In addition to this the salon was dirty and gross, and the person we dealt with looked like a tramp. I sent the vouchers back to veet, by recorded delivery, with a letter of explanation, asking for replacement vouchers for any other treatment at any other salon. Never received a reply or replacement vouchers. Total cost around £19 plus 2 hours of our time, no treatments.
Been onto the website, and although put in my postcode, it comes up with locations 100's of miles away, and not the location I was trying to find more info for

There's a cinema listed on the radox site that was just down the road from me - before it was demolished about 12 months ago. Looks like they've done their research the same way nestle did with their egg offer.

I took advantage of the Herbal Essence Free Haircut promo and went for my cut yesterday. Although the hairdressers were very professional & made a nice job etc they were obviously told to SELL SELL SELL at every opportunity, from add ons with colour or deep conditioning treatments to buying their preferred shampoo & conditioner (Wella at £10 a pop!) I was worn down by the end of it and bought their shampoo on the basis that I'd had a free cut & blowdry and at worst I still had a bottle of good shampoo. Be warned unless you're willing to stick to your guns, you'll feel obliged to buy something!
