What's the deal?
Still-plummeting flash memory prices mean you can now get a 4GB keyring USB-drive style MP3 music player with FM radio for under £25. Plus, there's a good deal on a name-brand 4GB player too.
Where from?
Bear in mind that you can use these as regular flash drives too if you need to carry documents around with you; just drag them in and out.

- Sumvision M18 4GB with FM radio & mic (white) £24.40 delivered.
This player from web retailer MicroDirect manages to pack a lot of functionality in its tiny shell. As well as enough storage for around 1000 songs, it'll also tune into the radio (using your headphones as an aerial), or record your finest karaoke moments with its mic (the lowly 4-bit recording quality may work to your advantage here...).
It's high-speed USB 2.0, drag & drop, and has passable sound quality for the price. The downsides? Battery life, which is around 5hrs per AAA in reality, awkward navigation, and slightly flimsy build quality. Also available in Black, and in other colours for slightly more.
- Sandisk 'Sansa' 4GB factory refurbished, £30.50 delivered.
Whilst not as feature-packed as the cheaper player above, this one's made by top quality flash memory manufacturer Sandisk, and it succeeds where the Sumvision falters. It's easy to navigate through songs and lists, lasts close to 10 hrs, and is built better. It's a refurb, but you'll get new headphones (thankfully) and cables with it, and a one year warranty. It's available from web discounter BigPockets.

These are great. I have a 2 gig one. It's full of features and the sound quality is fine as long as you replace the earphones.Get some rechargeable batteries for sure.
The really cool thing is that it plays OGG files which take up half as much room as mp3/wma.
The menus are fiddly to navigate but you get used to it.

Yes but the Amazon one doesn't have a radio. I'm looking for an MP3 and radio for OH. Will check out the others mentioned. Thanks0
