There will also be afternoon tea at the Horseshoe Pavilion, the perfect place to catch the action being close to both the parade ring and the Guinness Village. There will also be bookmakers close at hand if you feel like placing a bet.
Thursday March 13 is Ladies Day, when fashion provides a different slant to the Festival. Spectators dress to impress and there are a number of fashion awards before racing begins. In the afternoon there are six highly competitive races to enjoy, featuring the very best long-distance hurdlers in The Ladbrokes World Hurdle. The first race is at 2pm and the last at 5.20pm.
