Henry IV is the King born in the hexagonal castle - Bolingbroke Castle, Lincs
the pier in Skegness was opened in June 1881 the structure he's walking by
Skegness is the town and Sir William Heygate Edmund Colborne (Billy) Butlin was born in Cape Town, South Africa - he is the entrepreneur
found "The Queen has been the first to wish Skegness’ Resort Mascot, the Jolly Fisherman, a happy one-hundredth birthday ahead of his birthday celebrations in 2008."
if you go to
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Skegness
you'll see a picture of the Jolly Fisherman fountain
1 The Jolly Fisherman
2 Sir Billy Butlin
anyone agree?

I just cannot get this link to open - I tried last night and again now. It takes ages and then goes to error. It does just not like me.
Thanks to you both for confirming"Every day when I wake up I thank the Lord I'm Welsh" Cerys Matthews0 -

How strange. The link I posted was (and still is) the first hit when I Googled for "popinjay town crest". If you can get to the Skegness web page http://www.skegness.gov.uk there are links for the town crest and the Jolly Fisherman on the right hand side of the page.0 -

that one doesn't like me either. I'd googled for popinjay etc last night and couldn't get into the site then. Never mind"Every day when I wake up I thank the Lord I'm Welsh" Cerys Matthews0 -
