    Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
    1. Entries close 30th March 2008
    2. Prize draw will take place week commencing 31st March 2008
    3. All winners will be notified by post and/or telephone by week commencing 7th April 2008
    4. Winners’ details (name and county) will be published on the S+R website from 7th April 2008
    5. An independent person will make the draw.
    6. The draw is only open to UK residents over 18 years of age but not employees or their families of Snow+Rock, W.L. Gore & Associates, Bradshaw Taylor, Mountain Hardwear their agents or anyone connected with the draw.
    7. No purchase necessary.
    8. Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost or mislaid entries.
    9. Only one entry per person allowed.
    10. The first prize is a 7-day holiday for the winner plus one guest in Chamonix to include return flights from London and transfers, 7-nights accommodation on a room-only basis at a 3-star (or better) hotel. The prize will also include a GORE-TEX® Pro Shell Mountain Hardwear jacket. Travelers should ensure any required Visas, travel insurance, permissions, conditions of travel and are met.
    11. Prize does not include equipment hire or insurance. Entrants must get off-piste insurance.
    12. There is one adventure holiday to be won. The holiday must be taken by April 30th 2009. The prize is not transferable and once booked, dates and names cannot be changed. All dates are subject to availability.
    13. Entrants must be able to comfortably ski red runs on piste and have started to venture off-piste. Entrants should be fit enough to ski all day, with some days involving skinning/walking up hill for up to 2 hours.
    14. Winner will also receive a Mountain Hardwear GORE-Tex Pro Shell jacket either the Argon or Berylium. Sizes Small to Extra Large only. Provided by Mountain Hardwear.
    15. There are 10 additional runners up prizes of Mountain Hardwear GORE-Tex Pro Shell jackets either the Argon or Berylium. Sizes Small to Extra Large only. Provided by Mountain Hardwear.
    16. Entrants will be asked to complete their details on line to qualify for entry into the prize draw.
    17. No cash or voucher alternative in whole or part will be offered for the holiday or runner up prizes.
    18. Winners may be required to participate in publicity.
    19. Entry into the draw implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
    20. Should the winner not be able to comply with the above terms and conditions the prize will be re-drawn.
