RATATOUILLE DVD RELEASE COMPETITION RULESThe ‘Ratatouille DVD Release’ competition will run from 11th February 2008 until 17th February 2008.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING THE COMPETITION. BY ENTERING THIS COMPETITION YOU ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS.- The promoter of this competition is The Walt Disney Internet Group, part of The Walt Disney Company Limited, 3 Queen Caroline Street, Hammersmith, London W6 9PE, United Kingdom ("Disney").
- The competition is open to United Kingdom residents only, of any age, but excluding employees or agents of Disney or its related, affiliated or subsidiary companies, or anyone else connected to the competition and/or their immediate family. Entries sent via agents or third parties will not be accepted.
- Only one entry per person is allowed. Only entries made online via the internet will be accepted.
- Entrants under 18 years of age must obtain authorisation from a parent or guardian before entering this competition and must provide an e-mail address for their parent or guardian as a condition for entry. Disney reserves the right to request evidence of such authorisation and to invalidate entries or the prize winner(s) if the appropriate authorisation is or was not provided.
- No purchase is necessary to enter this competition.
- To enter the competition, entrants must login or register on www.Disney.co.uk and follow the instructions at https://www.Disney.co.uk/movies.
- Disney does not accept responsibility for lost, damaged or illegal entries.
- All entries for the competition must be received no later than 23:59 (GMT) on 17th February 2008 to be eligible for selection.
- All winning entries will be selected randomly by Disney or its agents from all correct entries received on or after 18th February 2008.
- There will be one first prize winner and seven runner-up prize winners. The prize winners will receive confirmation that they have won a prize via e-mail. The prize winners must reply to that email within 24 hours of Disney sending it. If no response is received by Disney within 24 hours, Disney reserves the right to select other winners and Disney shall have no liability in respect of the entry initially selected. Disney’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- A list of the winners' abbreviated names may be hosted on the Disney.co.uk site once the winners have replied to their confirmation sent via email.
- Personal information about prize winners will be shared with Disney's agents to the extent necessary for prizes to be delivered to the prize winners. Except for your registration on disney.co.uk, any competition specific data will be deleted after the prize has been awarded.
- All prizes are non-transferable. No cash alternative is available for any prize. In the unlikely event that a prize should become unavailable, Disney reserves the right to substitute a prize which it may determine as being of equal value.
