Terms and Conditions
• Prize includes a pair (two tickets) of Economy Class return flights with JAL to Japan from London Heathrow and includes one domestic flight within Japan. Tickets must be taken together on all sectors. No JMB mileage available. All taxes and charges to be paid by winner
• Accommodation to be provided by the Hilton Hotels. Three nights at Hilton Tokyo and two nights at Hilton Osaka
• Flights and accommodation provided by JAL and Hilton are subject to availability within certain dates embargoed
• Prize must be taken and completed by 31st March 2009
• Only one entry per household and entrants must be 18 years of age or over and be legally resident in the UK. Third party and bulk entries into the draw are not accepted
• The Prize must be accepted as offered and is non transferable nor can it be sold or exchanged for cash
• No purchase necessary
• Travel insurance, airport transfers and spending money is not included
• The draw is not open to employees, agents, contractors or consultants of JAL, Waitrose or any other company associated with the Sushi Matsuri campaign or their families
• Winners will be the first entries drawn after the closing date
• Closing date is 22nd February 2008. The judge’s decision is final
• This competition is organized by Taiko Foods. Winner will be notified within 14 days of the close of draw. For winners name, send a SAE to the competition organizers at Taiko Foods ‘Win a trip to Japan’ competition, Nexus PR, 1 Chelsea Manor Gardens, SW3 5PN
• Entry is only accepted by providing a valid email address
• Entry implies acceptance of these rules
• The winner must be prepared to co-operate in publicity arising as a result of winning the competition
