  The Naturally Lighthearted 7 Day
  Challenge and Prize Draw
  

  1. Entry is open to all UK residents aged over 18, excluding employees or agents of Dorset Cereals and their immediate families.
  2. Entry to the prize draw is free and automatic for all those who visit https://www.dorsetcereals.co.uk , join and complete The Naturally Lighthearted 7 day Challenge before the 24th June 2008.
  3. This fun coaching programme will involve participants in :
     1. Completion of a short questionnaire at registration and again at the end of the 7 day
     2. Receiving a daily email with 3 naturally lighthearted tasks to complete eg: 1. Make a smoothie 2. Walk up four flights of stairs 3. Plant something
     3. Accessing a personal homepage where you can log completed tasks at the end of each day, and it will track your progress.
  4. All those who successfully complete The Naturally Lighthearted 7 day Challenge will receive a web certificate, certifying their completion and they will automatically be entered into the monthly draw.
     
     Note: As the name implies, this programme is only for fun, and should not replace any formal medical or nutritional advice. All those on medication or under medical treatment should seek professional advice before commencing the programme.
  5. The Prizes : there are 10 x Lighthearted Kits to be won each month ( each Kit contains 1 x Skipping rope, 1 x The Cloudspotter’s guide, 1 x Cake Tin, 1 x Garden Trowel, 1 x Garden Fork, 1 x Naturally Light Flakes mini variety pack, 1 x Dorset Cereals Hessian Bag.)
  6. Winners will be selected each month in a random draw under the supervision of PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service from all valid participants ( those who have completed the Challenge) in that calendar month. Last date for entries is 30th June 2008.
  7. Draws will take place within the first 14 days of each month from February until June 2008 and winners will be contacted by mail within seven days of the draw to confirm delivery address, and may be required to take part in reasonable publicity associated with this promotion.
  8. There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable..
  9. The promoter is not responsible for entries lost, corrupted, damaged, delayed or otherwise rendered ineligible as a result of technical issues outside of its direct control.
