COOK UP A TREAT WITH KENWOOD AND BROOK HALL COOKERY SCHOOL
Kitchen appliance expert Kenwood has joined forces with exciting new cookery school, Brook Hall in Winslow, Buckinghamshire run by Raymond Blanc’s prot!g!e, Stephen Bulmer. To celebrate, Kenwood and Limited Edition are offering one lucky reader the chance to win a cookery course for two at the prestigious school where they can learn a variety of cooking skills to wow their friends.
Kenwood, who recently celebrated 60 years at the forefront of kitchen appliance design and innovation, recently supplied Brook Hall with series of a range of kitchen products, from the iconic Chef to the new induction hob, allowing the excellent equipment to reflect the quality of courses on offer.
As part of the partnership, Kenwood will sponsor the popular Cakes, Baking and Patisserie course, highlighting in particular the versatility and durability of the Kenwood Chef – a product which features heavily in many of the courses available at Brook Hall.
After spending six years as Chef and Director of the Raymond Blanc Cookery School at Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons in Oxfordshire, Stephen decided to open his own school and approached Kenwood to supply a range of kitchen equipment. Brook Hall offers a range of one-day, practical cookery courses for budding chefs, from whisking whizzes to scrambling shambles!
