All the numbers are half of the number on the left if that makes sense?? IE with 16, half of 16 is 8, so it is 882008 WINS £5150.00

Think i got it,
16 = 88(8+8)
2 = 11(1+1)
14 =77 (7+7)
therefore
10 = 55(5+5)
