9. The third prize is a Virgin Experience Create Your Own Perfume experience, and 1 x small gift pack of Barry M Cosmetics.
10. The James Villas holiday prize includes 7 night’s holiday in a villa in the Mediterranean, (which may include villas in Spain, The Balearic Islands, Cyprus, Portugal, Crete, Turkey) with flights and insurance from Gatwick or Manchester airports – to the value £1,500. The holiday prize winner can choose their villa from a list provided. The holiday must be booked within six weeks of the closing date of the competition. The winner must confirm full names of both passengers to James Villa Holidays when holiday is booked. The holiday must be taken before the 31st October 2008, but not between the following dates: 3 April and 13 April 2008, 22 May and 27 May 2008 or 18 July and 25 August 2008. Spending money is not provided by James Villa Holidays and is the responsibility of the prize winner. The holiday is subject to availability. The prize is for a villa, flights and insurance to the value of £1,500 – if the cost is higher than this the difference must be paid at the time of booking by the winner. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure they have valid passports and obtain any necessary visas for their trip. Villa is subject to availlability.
11. For all prizes, no substitutions or cash alternatives in whole or in part are allowed and the prizes are not transferable.
12. Prizes will be delivered within 28 days of the draw taking place.
13. Prize winners will be contacted by email within 72 hours of the draw taking place.
14. Winners will be required to participate in any publicity.
